WATERCOLOR WORKSHOP W/ HOPSCOTCH ART
Get into the Thanksgiving spirit! Join Artist Renée Reese, owner of Hopscotch Art, to paint this Autumn-themed wreath you can enjoy for years to come. This workshop will introduce you to painting with watercolors followed by creating this beautiful design. No drawing skills or previous painting experience required.
It’s the perfect class if you are new to watercolor painting because we will start with beginning techniques and paint step-by-step together. It’s easier than you think! This is an encouraging and casual workshop where you’ll feel comfortable (and excited!) to try something new for yourself.
You will have the choice to paint “Thankful” or “Gather” inside your floral wreath.
Besides instruction in a small group, you will receive supplies to use and keep: watercolor pan set, watercolor brush, and a picture frame for your finished painting. Isn’t it time you did something just for you?! Workshops with Renée are special indeed. Registration is required so sign up soon!

PRICE (all materials included): $65 per person includes hands-on instruction and all materials and supplies to use during the class including a watercolor pan set, watercolor brush and a picture frame for your finished painting
ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR: Renée Reese is the artist behind ‘Hopscotch Art’ watercolor paintings, calligraphy and greeting cards, which are featured at Curate Mercantile. It brings her great joy to share her talents with others so that they can create their own masterpieces! You’ll love her cheerful attitude and helpful encouragement to guide you.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Curate Mercantile workshops are built around solopreneurs, makers and small business owners. We are committed to offering you an amazing and fun experience, so we need your help to make our community work. Most events must meet an established minimum set by the workshop host to move forward. If the minimum is not met 72 hours in advance of the event start time, the event will be automatically canceled and all registered guests will be refunded to their original form of payment. You will be notified if this occurs.
We understand that things come up, which may cause you to change your plans. You may request a refund of your registration more than 7 days in advance of the workshop. We are unable to grant refunds less than 7 days in advance of the paid workshop. In this instance, we suggest you sell or give away your registration to a friend.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, we don’t require printed tickets.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferable? Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn’t match the person who attends?
You may sell or give away your registration if you cannot make it to the event. Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org if someone else will be attending in your place.
