The Simple Grain Pop-Up Event

Have you tried The Simple Grain yet? You’ll have a chance to taste a sample of this locally made sourdough bread on Saturday, April 22nd anytime from 11 am to 1 pm at Curate Mercantile during The Simple Grain pop-up shop event.

The Simple Grain uses Einkorn flour in their recipes, which is an ancient grain that adds more protein, fiber, and minerals to their baked goods vs. modern wheat products. They house their loaves in rough linen to absorb moisture off of the bread crust and to prevent them from drying out (it also makes for beautiful packaging if you plan to give a loaf or two as a gift).
