Landscape 101: Plant Selection

Summer days are almost here! This year, create a space in your yard, courtyard or balcony that will shine through the tough Colorado weather. Understanding a plant’s needs and appearance is an essential first step. In this workshop, you will learn how to select plants confidently. Each attendee will leave with an outdoor plant specifically selected for the garden project they want to tackle.

Join us on Saturday, June 19th at 11 am for an interactive and hands-on workshop with Landscape Designer Neal Heidt, MLA and owner of Heidt and Depth LLC. Feel free to bring along some printed photos (or on your phone) of the area(s) you desire to landscape in your home. Neal will have a range of plants on display to explore. Based on your specific project, you will also get to take home a plant to get you started on your landscaping adventure! Our last workshop with Neal sold out, so please register now to ensure your spot at this helpful workshop. Registration is required to participate.

This class will be fun, informative and helpful. Limited seating is available and registration is required. Attendees will be socially distanced and wearing facemasks.

Date: Saturday, June 19th from 11 am – 1 pm

Price and Materials: $35 each includes all workshop instruction and a take home plant based on your specific landscape needs.
