Charcuterie > Mastering Impressive Meat + Cheese Plates
November 1 @ 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm
< CHARCUTERIE WORKSHOP >
This year, holiday entertaining doesn’t have to mean an evening of elaborate table settings and hours in front of a hot stove. Give the trend of charcuterie boards a try! Charcuterie is simply the art of preparing and arranging cured meats with accompaniments such as toast, fruit, vegetables, cheese, jams, nuts and more.
Thoughtfully curated charcuterie boards aren’t just tasty, they are also a great way to entertain stress-free! In this hands-on class, your instructor will guide you through the process of creating your own charcuterie board and give you the confidence to entertain this holiday season. You’ll even go home with your own charcuterie creation and wooden board ($30 value) that you can use again and again! If you’d like to join us, please register as soon as possible. We’ve offered this class several times before and it sold-out everytime.
