Charcuterie for Two
You’ve asked for a ‘couples’ version of our popular charcuterie workshops with Karen Kirkland, owner of Denver’s Champagne & Charcuterie, so here it is!
You’re invited to come and learn the Art of Charcuterie on Saturday, October 2nd at 2 pm at Curate Mercantile in Centennial, Colorado. Give the trend of charcuterie boards a try – perfect for Fall entertaining. Charcuterie is simply the art of preparing and arranging cured meats with accompaniments such as fruit, vegetables, cheese, jams, nuts and more. Your ticket price includes a spot for two – either couples or friends are welcome.
Thoughtfully curated charcuterie boards aren’t just tasty, they are also a great way to entertain stress-free! In this hands-on class, your instructor will guide you through the process of creating your own charcuterie board. You’ll even go home with your own custom-made large round wooden board that you can use again and again. If you’d like to join us, please register as soon as possible as it is expected to sell out.
Date: Saturday, October 2nd at 2 to 3:30 pm
Price and Materials: Your $100 workshop fee includes all hands-on instruction and one custom made oversized round charcuterie board to take home.
About Your Instructor: Karen Kirkland is the owner of Denver’s Champagne & Charcuterie which offers charcuterie cones, cups, boxes, boards, picnics, grazing tables along with catered events. Her workshops are engaging and continue to sell out at Curate Mercantile.
Cancellation Policy: Curate Mercantile workshops are built around solopreneurs, makers and small business owners.
