Beat the heat this summer by celebrating all the delicious produce this season has to offer! Whether you are cooking for one or feeding a crowd, these warm temperatures call for lighter fare that fits the season and keeps us feeling our best.
Join Registered Dietitian and Chef, Erin George, for this 1-hour food and nutrition demonstration on three summer salad recipes and accompanying homemade dressings to add to your recipe repertoire! Best of all, you don’t have to turn on your grill, oven, or stovetop to make these tasty dishes! During this session, Erin will discuss nutrition, ingredients and how to make meals with a hearty dose of healthy goodness without sacrificing flavor.
Make sure you come with a bit of an appetite as samples will be provided! Go home with nutritious recipe ideas and inspired to feel (and eat!) your best this summer!

About Your Instructor: Erin George is a Registered Dietitian, Chef and owner of Cookwell Co., a food and nutrition business breaking down the barrier between good tasting food and health. An advocate for intuitive cooking and inclusive eating, Erin delivers, teaches and inspires people to not only love cooking again, but feel confident doing so. She incorporates a hearty portion of nutrition in most dishes but doesn’t sweat it if some meals are more about pleasure and less about health. Cancellation Policy: These workshops are built around solopreneurs, makers and small business owners! We are committed to offering you an amazing and fun experience, so we need your help to make the community work.
Most events must meet an established minimum set by the workshop host to move forward. If the minimum is not met 72 hours in advance of the event start time, the event will be automatically canceled and all registered guests will be refunded to their original form of payment. We will communicate with you if this occurs.
We understand that things come up, which may cause you to change your plans. You may request a refund of your registration more than 7 days in advance of the workshop. We are unable to grant refunds less than 7 days in advance of the paid workshop. In this instance, we suggest you sell or give away your registration to a friend.

No, we don’t require printed tickets.
